My stay at Frame Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every aspect of the experience felt effortless and thoughtfully executed. The seamless self-check-in process set the tone for a stay defined by understated luxury and meticulous attention to detail. What sets Frame Hotel apart, however, is the feeling it evokes. The property feels like a private oasis—tranquil, intimate, and impeccably maintained. Coupled with the warm, personable, and attentive communication from the staff, the experience feels less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a thoughtfully crafted retreat. Frame Hotel is a rare find: design-forward, effortlessly elegant, and genuinely hospitable. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.
I wish I could give this oasis more than five stars. The service was truly outstanding, the rooms were gorgeous, and the thoughtful details made for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Plus, the location is perfect—nestled among fantastic restaurants, great shopping, and lively bars. 100/10

At Frame Hotel, your arrival is designed to be effortless and fully contact-free. All guests must complete a virtual registration prior to arrival. It takes just a few minutes to complete from your phone. If you book directly through our website, you’ll receive a text message prompting you to complete virtual registration. Securely submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID, along with a selfie to confirm identity, as well as credit card information for incidentals. If you book through a travel agent or other website, please contact the hotel directly via text or call 512.737.1010 or via email at stay@framehotel.com. We recommend completing this process promptly to ensure a seamless arrival and check-in.
If virtual registration is not completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, a reminder message will be sent. Please note that if your verification is not completed, we will be unable to release your personal door code, and you will be unable to access the building. Please call or text 512.737.1010 if you need assistance with your registration.
On the day of arrival, if you’ve completed the verification process, you’ll receive a text with property location, room/suite assignment, and door code prior to 4 pm. Entering your personal 4 digit code, followed by the check mark will allow you entry to the main door, as well as your guest room. Since there is no front desk, you can proceed directly to your room and use your code to enter.
Frame Hotel does not offer electric vehicle charging. However, we’re happy to recommend nearby charging stations and assist with directions.
