Frame Hotel - SoCo is located at 110 West Elizabeth Street, Austin, TX 78704. The main entry is located at 110 West Elizabeth Street. While you may notice gates on the west and east sides of the property, those doors are only for exiting.
Frame Hotel operates with a keyless entry system, allowing guests to check in and access rooms without formalities. For any questions or assistance, Frame Hotel staff are available via text or phone at 512.737.1010 to support guests and answer inquiries.
At Frame Hotel, your arrival is designed to be effortless and fully contact-free. All guests must complete a virtual registration prior to arrival. It takes just a few minutes to complete from your phone. If you book directly through our website, you’ll receive a text message prompting you to complete virtual registration. Securely submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID, along with a selfie to confirm identity, as well as credit card information for incidentals. If you book through a travel agent or other website, please contact the hotel directly via text or call 512.737.1010 or via email at stay@framehotel.com. We recommend completing this process promptly to ensure a seamless arrival and check-in.
If virtual registration is not completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, a reminder message will be sent. Please note that if your verification is not completed, we will be unable to release your personal door code, and you will be unable to access the building. Please call or text 512.737.1010 if you need assistance with your registration.
On the day of arrival, if you’ve completed the verification process, you’ll receive a text with property location, room/suite assignment, and door code prior to 4 pm. Entering your personal 4 digit code, followed by the check mark will allow you entry to the main door, as well as your guest room. Since there is no front desk, you can proceed directly to your room and use your code to enter.
Frame Hotel - SoCo has partnered with the garage next door, located at 1407 Eva Street, to offer guests discounted self-parking at $35/night. In order to enable discounted parking, guests will need to provide their license plate number prior to 4PM on the day of arrival. If you’re planning to rent a car after 4 PM, we kindly ask that you text us to let us know. This helps us ensure your arrival is seamless.
Frame Hotel does not offer electric vehicle charging. However, we’re happy to recommend nearby charging stations and assist with directions.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all guest suites, allowing guests to stream movies, work remotely, or stay connected during their stay.
Frame Hotel rooms/suites are equipped with streaming-enabled televisions, allowing guests to log into their personal accounts for services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. For added convenience and security, the televisions operate on Roku TV’s Guest Mode, which allows guests to sign in and enjoy personalized streaming during their stay while automatically signing them out upon check-out. If guests do not wish to sign in, they can still enjoy free content available via the Roku platform.

We believe that privacy and independence are the greatest forms of luxury. We have set up our operations to alleviate the hassles and intrusion that one encounters at most hotels, but when issues or questions arise, assistance is only a text message away. Frame Hotel staff are available via text or phone at 512.737.1010 to provide support.
At Frame Hotel, housekeeping is available by request to support our commitment to sustainability and water conservation. Our team is onsite daily until 3PM. If you'd like your room/suite refreshed, simply text Guest Services and we will schedule your service.
Please meet your deliveries at the main entry door. Since your personal door code provides access to the property as well as your guest room, we request that you do not share your code with delivery services to protect you and our other guests.
We do not have safes in the rooms. If you’d like one during your stay, simply let us know before arrival and we’ll have it placed in your room.
While you can ship a package to the hotel, please note that we can’t guarantee secure delivery, as staff may not always be onsite and carriers often leave items at the front door. If you plan to send a package, kindly text us at 512.737.1010 in advance.

Frame Hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but our staff is happy to recommend one of the many dining options in the nearby South Congress district. From local favorites to upscale dining, we’ll help you find the perfect spot. Delivery options include DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Favor.
We do not have a gym on-site, but we’re happy to recommend nearby studios or wellness spaces just a short ride away.
While Frame Hotel does not have a pool on-site, guests are encouraged to take advantage of the nearby outdoor activities in Austin, including swimming spots like Barton Springs Pool or kayaking at Lady Bird Lake, which are only a short drive away.
While Frame Hotel does not provide in-house laundry services, we’ve partnered with Rinse to ensure your laundry needs are met effortlessly. We don’t have an on-site spa, but we’re proud to partner with ULU Wellness, just a 10 minute walk away from Frame Hotel. We’d love to help you make space for wellness during your stay. Whether you envision a private yoga or meditation session on your private patio, or prefer a recommendation for a local studio that offers classes like vinyasa, yin, sound baths, and breathwork, either option can be arranged to suit your pace and preferences.
If you’re planning a self-guided session, we’re happy to provide a yoga mat in your suite—just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Frame Hotels are serene, adult-only retreats for guests 18+. The primary guest must be 21+ in order to check in. Guests who arrive with or invite underage individuals will be asked to leave the property without a refund. Guests must acknowledge this policy by checking the box at registration. By doing so, you confirm your understanding and agreement.
While we're animal lovers, we do not allow pets on the property to maintain our tranquil environment. If a pet is brought onto the premises, guests will be asked to leave without a refund. A minimum $400 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any cost for damages. Guests must acknowledge this policy by checking the box at registration. By doing so, you confirm your understanding and agreement.
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. If you wish to adjust these times, please text us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We do not allow smoking or vaping in the rooms or on the hotel grounds. Evidence of smoking or vaping including the smell of smoke in the room or in the public and private outdoor areas will result in a minimum $400 charge plus the cost of any damaged property. We also do not allow the burning of candles or incense.

In compliance with Texas law, guests may carry and store firearms in their assigned rooms. In common areas, firearms must be concealed or secured in a case. Open carry is strictly prohibited.
In addition to the stunning garden area complete with native plants, koi pond, and oversized outdoor furniture, each suite features a private lanai, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the natural surroundings in privacy. The lanais are designed to create an indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air without leaving the comfort of the suite.
