Hotel Policies

Policy Overview

Our policies are designed to preserve a calm, private, and respectful guest experience across both Frame Hotel properties.

Arrival & Check-In

• Adults-only (18+). Primary registered guest must be 21+ to check in.
• Before arrival, guests must complete secure virtual registration (valid ID, selfie, credit card, and policy acknowledgment). Because we do not operate a front desk, property access cannot be issued until registration is complete.
• Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Tranquility Policy

• Guests arriving with, or inviting, underage individuals will be required to leave the property without refund.
• No pets. ADA Service animals welcome. Violations may result in removal without refund, plus a minimum $400 cleaning fee and any applicable damage charges.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in dismissal without refund.

Smoking Policy

Frame is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. If evidence or odor of smoking or vaping is detected, a minimum $800 cleaning fee will apply, with additional charges assessed for any resulting damage or necessary remediation. We also do not allow the burning of candles or incense.

Events & Visitors

• Visitors are welcome when shared respectfully and in alignment with our tranquility policy.
• Private events require advance written approval and may include additional fees. Inquire at stay@framehotel.com.

Filming & Photography

• Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without prior written consent. Contact stay@framehotel.com.
