Payment and Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

These terms apply to reservations at Frame Hotel – SoCo and Frame Hotel – Treehouse.

Advance Purchase Rates

Discounted Advance Purchase rates are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Flexible Rates

• Your payment is processed 5 days before arrival at 4:00 PM Central Time.
• Cancellations after payment is processed are 50% refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Special Event Dates (SXSW, ACL, and F1)

Full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable.

Virtual ID Verification

Guests will be required to complete virtual ID verification for registration before check-in instructions are released.

Group Stays & Full Property Buyouts

For group bookings or private buyouts, contact stay@framehotel.com for a custom proposal.
