Game Weekend

Built for game weekend.

Sixty thousand people will be loud on Saturday. Frame is the part of the weekend that isn’t — two small, adults-only properties tucked just behind South Congress, a short drive from DKR.

01Before Kickoff

Your game-day guide, waiting in the suite

A game-day card and digital guide with how to get to DKR, when to leave, and where to eat on South Congress before you go.

No lobby, no lines — just your suite

Come back to a keyless door and a quiet, adults-only property. No front desk to pass, no crowd, no elevator queue. You are simply in your room.

03Out Your Door

South Congress, then a slow Sunday

The best of SoCo dining is a short walk away — and a complimentary 1 PM Sunday checkout gives you the morning back before you fly.

MICHELIN Guide

I wish I could give this oasis more than five stars. The service was truly outstanding, the rooms were gorgeous, and the thoughtful details made for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Plus, the location is perfect—nestled among fantastic restaurants, great shopping, and lively bars. 100/10

This place is literal heaven on earth. As much as I would love to keep it a secret everyone must come experience this sanctuary right in the heart of Austin. Do not walk to book, RUN!!!

Helene M.Frame Hotel – SoCo

I love the layout and the design of this hotel. The big trees and comfy outdoor furniture made hanging out in the courtyard so enjoyable. The rooms are also spacious and well designed and decorated. I was very impressed with the bathrooms too! The light blue tile in the shower was gorgeous and the soaps were very good quality. The books on design and architecture are a nice touch for design nerds like myself. I will definitely be coming back and trying other properties by frame hotels.
