What is the address for Frame Hotel-SoCo?

Is parking available at Frame Hotel-SoCo?

Frame Hotel-SoCo has partnered with the garage next door, located at 1407 Eva Street, to offer guests discounted parking at $35/night. Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to provide their license plate number to enable the discount for their stay.

Is there valet service at Frame Hotel?

No, Frame Hotel does not offer valet services. However, if assistance is needed with luggage upon arrival, please message us beforehand, and our staff can coordinate luggage drop-off and transport to your suite. A 5-minute unloading zone is available directly in front of our SoCo location.

Frame Hotel Booking, Verification, and Arrival Information

What is the booking process for Frame Hotel?

Check-in at Frame Hotel is fully contact-free. If you book directly through our website, you’ll receive a text message prompting you to complete virtual verification by securely uploading your identification, selfie, and credit card information for incidentals. We recommend completing this process promptly to ensure a seamless arrival and check-in. If you book through a travel agent or other website, please contact the hotel directly via email at stay@framehotel.com

What happens if I don’t complete my ID verification prior to arrival?

If verification is not completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, a reminder message will be sent. Please note that if your verification is not completed, we will be unable to release your personal door code, which is required for building and room access.

What is the arrival and check-in process?

On the day of arrival, if you’ve completed the verification process, you’ll receive a text with property location, suite assignment, and door code by 4 pm. Entering your personal 4 digit code, followed by the check mark will allow you entry to the main door, as well as your guest room. Since there is no front desk, you can proceed directly to your room and use your code to enter.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. If you wish to adjust these times, please text us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where is the main entrance to Frame Hotel Soco?

The main entrance is located at 110 West Elizabeth Street. While you may notice gates on the west and east sides of the property, those doors are only for exiting. 

Does Frame Hotel have a front desk?

No, Frame Hotel operates with a keyless entry system, allowing guests to check in and access rooms without formalities. Suite assignments and door codes are provided via text before 4 pm on check-in day. For any questions or assistance, Frame Hotel staff are available via text to support guests and answer inquiries.

Do you offer luggage assistance or luggage holds?

Luggage storage can be arranged in advance by messaging our guest services team. If arriving before check-in, you may drop off bags, which will later be placed in your room. After check-out, luggage can be stored until 3 pm. Please note that your front door code will expire at 11:00 on your day of departure, so please be sure to schedule your luggage retrieval with our guest services team.

What if I require assistance?

We believe that privacy and independence are the greatest forms of luxury. We have set up our operations to alleviate the hassles and intrusion that one encounters at most hotels, but when issues or questions arise, assistance is only a text message away. Frame Hotel staff are available via text or phone at 512-737-1010 to offer support.

Frame Hotel’s rooms are designed to create a sense of calm and comfort, with a focus on natural materials and beautifully clean aesthetics. The bathrooms are designed with large walk-in showers, MALIN+GOETZ bath products, and built-in LED lighting. The generous countertops and ample mirrors ensure that guests have plenty of space to unwind and refresh during their stay.

What type of bedding is in the suite?

The Helix Midnight Luxe mattress is known for exceptional comfort with its medium feel, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of sleepers, whether guests prefer to sleep on their back, side, or stomach. Paired with Frame Hotel’s luxurious Italian made Sferra linens and down alternative pillows and duvets, the beds create a serene and inviting sleep environment.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

Every room at Frame Hotel is equipped with carefully selected amenities designed to enhance the guest’s comfort and relaxation. In-room amenities include the following:

Is there in-room entertainment?

Yes, Frame Hotel rooms are equipped with streaming-enabled televisions, allowing guests to log into their personal accounts for services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. For added convenience and security, the televisions operate on Roku TV’s Guest Mode, which allows guests to sign in and enjoy personalized streaming during their stay while automatically signing them out upon check-out. If guests do not wish to sign in, they can still enjoy free content available via the Roku platform.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms, allowing guests to stream movies, work remotely, or stay connected during their stay. Network information is available in your guest portal.

Are laundry services available?

While Frame Hotel does not provide on-site laundry services, there are several local laundry services that will pick up and deliver in a timely manner. Please message us for more information.

Will my suite be cleaned daily?

At Frame Hotel, we prioritize ecological responsibility and water conservation. For this reason, we offer room cleaning upon request. Should you require room cleaning during your stay, simply contact guest services to schedule it for the following day. Thank you for helping us support sustainable practices.

Are there any outdoor areas to enjoy?

In addition to the stunning garden area complete with native plants, koi pond, and oversized outdoor furniture, each suite features a private lanai, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the natural surroundings in privacy. The lanais are designed to create an indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air without leaving the comfort of the suite.

Is there a restaurant at Frame Hotel?

Frame Hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but our staff is happy to recommend one of the many dining options in the nearby South Congress district. From local favorites to upscale dining, we’ll help you find the perfect spot. Delivery options include DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Favor.

How do I receive my food deliveries?

Please meet your deliveries at the main entry door. Since your personal door code provides access to the property as well as your suite, we request that you do not share your code with delivery services to protect you and our other guests.

Does Frame Hotel have a pool?

While Frame Hotel does not have a pool on-site, guests are encouraged to take advantage of the nearby outdoor activities in Austin, including swimming spots like Barton Springs Pool or kayaking at Lady Bird Lake, which are only a short drive away.

General Information

Do you allow kids? Pets?

Frame Hotels are intimate, tranquil adult oases. While we love both children and pets, in order to respect other guests, only guests aged 16 and older are welcome and we do not allow pets on premises. Evidence of pets will result in a minimum $400 charge plus the cost of any damaged property.

Do the rooms have safes?

We do not have safes in the rooms. If you would like a safe in your room, please message us with this request prior to your arrival, and we will place one in your room for your stay,

What is Frame Hotel's Firearms policy?

In accordance with Texas law, guests are permitted to carry and store firearms within their assigned guest rooms. When in common areas of the hotel, firearms must be either concealed or secured in a case or bag. Open carry of firearms is strictly prohibited in these areas.
