Some portions of the guest experience may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Mews, Akia, payment processors, booking channels, or other hospitality technology providers. Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
Submitting a reservation request or using a booking flow does not guarantee availability until the reservation is confirmed. Rates, availability, minimum stay requirements, cancellation terms, and special restrictions may vary by property, date, booking channel, rate plan, package, or promotional offer.
Reservations and on-property stays are also subject to our Hotel Policies and Payment and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.
We may use SMS, email, web-based messaging, digital registration tools, and related guest-service workflows to communicate with you before, during, and after your stay. You agree to provide accurate contact information and understand that service-related messages may include arrival instructions, registration reminders, access details, policy notices, and stay updates.
Access to certain stay-related services may depend on timely completion of identity verification, payment authorization, digital check-in steps, or acknowledgment of property rules. Failure to complete required steps may delay or limit access to your reservation or accommodations.
Payment timing, deposit requirements, cancellation windows, modification rights, early departure treatment, and no-show charges may vary by rate plan, property, booking channel, and stay dates. Certain promotional, prepaid, or special-event reservations may be non-cancelable or non-refundable.
If you book through a third-party channel, that channel may impose additional rules, deadlines, or support procedures. When channel-specific terms differ from direct-booking terms, the terms presented at the time of booking or in the reservation confirmation will generally control for that reservation, subject to applicable law.
Special event dates, peak-demand periods, group reservations, and private buyouts may be subject to stricter payment schedules, longer cancellation windows, minimum-stay requirements, or separate agreements. We may also treat failure to arrive, shortened stays, or requested modifications after confirmation in accordance with the applicable rate plan, channel rules, and posted policies.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, interfere with booking tools, impersonate another person, submit false reservation information, or misuse guest communication channels.
